Lake Mead Clean Up

On May 6, 2023, Shine City Project cleaned up at Lake Mead! Led by Sara, our three Shine City Project volunteers arrived at the Las Vegas Bay Launch Ramp and met with Lake Mead staff. Although there wasn't so much trash, we enjoyed the nice weather and surroundings. We also were able to spot a couple lizards! Afterwards, our volunteers went out for lunch and unexpectedly ran into a couple of our Shine City Project friends! It was great being able to have lunch together and enjoy each other's company!
